Trial Terms

By using the CreditRepairCloud.com web site (“Service”), all services of Credit Repair Cloud Software, Daniel A Rosen, Inc. (DBA Credit Repair Cloud “CRC”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

CRC reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

1. Free Trial Period

By enrolling in the Credit Repair Cloud free trial, the user ("Subscriber") acknowledges and agrees that the trial period lasts for 30 days from the date of registration.

To avoid charges, the Subscriber must log in and cancel the account before the trial period ends. If the account is not canceled before the trial expiration, the Subscriber authorizes Credit Repair Cloud to charge the designated payment method the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle, continuing until cancellation.

2. Subscription Billing

If the Subscriber does not cancel within the 30-day trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the Subscriber will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Charges will recur at the beginning of each billing cycle unless the account is canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Master Class Training Package (if applicable)

Subscribers who purchase the Master Class Training Package are eligible for an additional six (6) months of free access to Credit Repair Cloud under both the “Personal” and “Start” subscription plans. No charges will be applied during this period. To prevent automatic billing after the extended trial, the Subscriber must cancel the account before the seven-month free access period ends.

4. Acknowledgments & User Responsibilities

By accepting these Trial Terms, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The Subscriber is the sole account holder and has exclusive authority to make changes to the account.
Each individual or business entity is eligible for only one free trial.
The Subscriber is an authorized user of any credit card provided for billing purposes.
The Subscriber will not initiate chargebacks or dispute transactions with their bank or credit card provider for charges that align with this agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is self-service and must be completed through the Subscriber’s My Account page. Phone or email cancellations are not permitted.
The Subscriber is responsible for canceling before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the billing date.
