Okay, let's get into this. In the 20 years since releasing my first credit repair software, I have helped 1000s of businesses build from the ground up. And during that time, I experienced all of the same challenges that credit heroes face, and I learned proven ways to overcome them. And to succeed. One of the most important aspects of running a business is adapting to new technology. And now more than ever, if you don't keep up, you can get left behind. It used to take years for businesses to innovate and for markets to adjust. But AI-powered tools are now changing entire industries overnight. As we speak, AI tools are already helping people to write books, design logos, and even invest money. tech experts say AI won't replace humans, but humans using AI will. And the same is true for businesses. Ai won't put entrepreneurs out of business, but entrepreneurs using AI will. 

Here's how this relates to us. AI tools aren't just for big corporations and tech guys who know how to code no-credit heroes. Even first-time business owners can use AI tools to improve everything from sales and marketing to customer service. Most of you have probably heard of ChatGPT, Google's Bart, or Microsoft's Copilot, you might have even played around with a few AI tools. But these just scratched the surface of what's really available. There are 1000s of AI-powered tools to choose from, and more are coming every day. In just a few months. Sites like AI Valley and future tools have sprung up dedicated to cataloging all the new tech that's being released. Sites like data fit have grown massive communities just by providing a place where people can share the most effective AI prompts. Now if you don't know what an AI prompt is or how to use it, I'm going to be doing more AI-related episodes soon, breaking them down and sharing specific examples. The point is everything surrounding AI is moving very fast. And I'm going to do everything I can to help you to keep up and stay ahead of the curve. 

Here's the thing to remember, AI tools can do amazing things, but they're not perfect. So despite all the hype and excitement, we can't rely on them for everything. Yet most are still early in their development and have some bugs or other issues. For example, if you ask an AI marketing tool to help you to write a blog or an ad for your credit repair business, it might know the details of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the credit repair organizations act, but it might not, and it could make a mistake. So just like using a dispute letter template, you must review everything that's written before you use it. This technology is new, and there will be growing pains. But these tools will only get better. Here's why this is important. No matter what aspect of your business you want to improve. There are AI-powered tools that can help you to get the job done better and faster. AI might seem intimidating compared to a hammer or a pencil, but it's still just a tool. Choose the right one for the job. And practice makes perfect. Some AI tools specialize in specific aspects of business, like administrative tasks, and other tools have broader uses, like creative brainstorming, broader use tools like ChatGPT, and image creators like Dali have a tonne of commercial use potential, but they're not specifically designed for small business needs. And they're not as beginner friendly as the tools I'm covering today. Soon I'll do a deep dive into all the creative ways those tools can help you to grow your credit repair business, but today, I'm going to focus on established tools centered around core business functions. 

Here's what you need to know. Credit Heroes should focus on three categories of AI tools, customer engagement, business operations, and sales and marketing; customer engagement tools focus on customer interactions, and they include chatbots, digital assistants, and personalized messaging tools. For example, let's say you work alone, and you want to spend as much time as possible finding new leads. But you waste a lot of time answering the same basic customer service questions over and over and over. Ada is a chatbot that you could add to your site that will handle all the simple customer service questions that come your way you just sign up for the service input, the common credit repair questions you receive, and the responses that you want Ada to give. And it does the simple customer service work for you. Now, if there's a complicated issue that requires your attention, Ada can automatically route that customer to you so that you can help them immediately. chatbots like this can save you a tonne of time and hassle so that you can focus on the more important aspects of your business, like getting more leads.

This is a good time to mention that I'm not affiliated with any of these products or companies. I'm mentioning them because these amazing tools are just too valuable to credit heroes for me not to talk about them. Business Operations tools focus on improving your processes. They include data analytics, automations, and project management tools. 

For example, if you've run a few email marketing campaigns and you want to learn which sales funnels are working and which ones need to be updated or abandoned. Tableau is a Business Intelligence platform that reviews sales data build reports and helps you to choose a path forward. They have a three-tiered pricing system designed to be scalable from one user to giant businesses, and they even have a free version called Tableau Public. So even if you're just starting out, Tableau can fit your needs. Sales and Marketing Tools focus on lead generation sales and growth. These are the tools you'll probably use most often when you're just getting started. They include everything from content creation and brand development to customer relation management and email campaigns. For example, if you're looking for an AI-powered marketing tool, Jasper is an all-purpose text generator that can create SEO-optimized marketing materials and high-quality content in over 30 languages. 

Think of it like an AI copywriting assistant that allows you to quickly build social media posts, marketing, emails, Facebook ads, you name it; all you have to do is select the type of content you want to create, provide some specific details about what you need, and then click Generate. And that's it. Let's say you want to build a blog post about a few simple tricks to boost credit scores. All you have to do is sign up for Jasper, click create new content and choose a blog template. You then fill out the background information section and add a few key points that you want the blog to make. Maybe you wanted to focus on avoiding late payments and lowering credit utilization. And then, you want to include a call to action for your credit-building course. Well, you fill that in and choose the tone of the blog. And this is where you explain your brand. And you do this so the AI can mimic your style of writing. And when you finish explaining the blog you want. You select the output, the length, and the language of the blog, and then you hit generate, and boom, there it is hours of work done in seconds. You still need to review the content to make sure it's accurate and matches your voice. But these text generators are game changers.
